Removable Blade Sheeters & Perforators

RotoMetrics offers two types of Sheeters—Removable Blade and Floating Blade—each of which can be made with multiple, precision-milled slots at equal or special locations around the roll.

Removable Blade Sheeters

Made for through-to-anvil (metal-to-metal) cutting only, Removable Blade Sheeters do not require the placement of shims under the blades as in some manufacturers' units. Slots on RotoMetrics sheeters/perforators are also milled to a precise depth, which makes replacing a dull blade easy.

Perforating blades are also available in several standard cut and tie combinations, or can be custom made. Minimum distance between blades varies depending upon the diameter of these units.

Features:

• Includes a high-precision blade for every slot on the sheeter
• Features hardened bearers and journals

Advantages:

• A handy "access channel" makes removing and replacing worn blades easy
• Does not require shims to be placed under the blades for operation
• Replacement blades are always in stock, ready for immediate delivery
• Permits any slot to accept either a sheeter/scorer or perforating blade
• Allows you to order slots at equal or special locations around the roll, making one unit effective for various repeat lengths
