Rotary Dies

Air-Eject & Focused-Air Dies

RotoMetrics Air-Eject Dies help converters prevent equipment damage and avoid waste build-up inside cavities in a variety of metal-to-metal cutting applications.

Standard Air-Eject Dies

Standard Air-Eject Dies from RotoMetrics, available on dies with several cavities, use compressed air fed to the die to blow out all holes drilled. The compressed air in a Standard Air-Eject Die flows from all of the air jets, with no control over the angle of ejection.

  • Prevents equipment damage and avoids waste build-up in a variety of metal-to metal cutting applications
  • Uses compressed air fed to the die to blow out all of the holes drilled. (Note: the force of the air blowing through any one hole on a Standard Air-Eject Die is determined by the capacity of the air compressor and the number of air holes on the die.)

Focused Air® Dies

Focused Air Dies from RotoMetrics, available on dies with multiple cavities, also use compressed air to blow out holes drilled, while allowing for a directional flow of air.

  • Features a special probe that fits precisely within the shaft bore, permitting air to be directed at one row of cavities across the web
  • Includes a directional arm with the probe, enabling the operator to aim the airflow at a desired angle for precise ejection
