Magnetic Cylinders

RotoMetrics Magnetic Cylinders are available for virtually all types of label presses and converting machinery, allowing converters to use flexible dies in many different applications.

• Guaranteed precision tolerances: Diameter tolerance held to +.0000/-.0001"(2.5 microns). TIR and taper tolerance of .0001"(2.5 microns)
• True concentricity (roundness) for maximum die-cutting effectiveness
• Superior magnetic strength (holding power); higher strength magnet configurations available based on the application
• Integral assembly for maximum durability and resistance to damage
• Drive gear included with each cylinder
