RotoMetrics Rotary Processing Modules are designed to convert a wide range of materials such as pressure-sensitive label stock, flexible packaging materials, as well as paper and paperboard. Applications include embossing, creasing and die-cutting with solid or flexible dies.

To provide the utmost flexibility, the Rotary Processing Module can be used on existing platforms with drives, or is also available with its own control, drive and motor on a standard universal base platform. This interchangeable design allows modules to be integrated with inline or offline machinery, making the Rotary Processing Module a perfect choice for retrofits, customized solutions or new machinery installations.

Features:

• Rotary Processing Modules are available for narrow and mid web applications in processing widths up to 40" (1000mm). Larger widths available on request.
• Die-cutting modules for pressure sensitive labels can be equipped with a RotoMetrics Adjustable Clearance Anvil
• Pivoting bridge for easy access to load/unload the dies
